Out with the new, in with the old...

So after a long wait and struggle with our new townhome, we have it under contract and are officially owners of a 1932 bungalow. Finally moved yesterday into our new (old) home!!! We love it! First thing I did was rip up the brand new carpets that were in the living room. Both my wife and I agree, the decrepit/stained/scratched hardwoods look much better than carpet!

We are so psyched but yet so tired! Our move took longer than we thought but the guys from Trosa Moving made it a great joy to work with. They are awesome and would recommend them to anyone!

We moved in yesterday and at the same time found a used fence on craigslist which I thought I could put up on our first weekend but it won't stand a chance! Way too many things to do yesterday and raining pretty good today. Oh well, we needed to call utilities to mark lines on our yard anyways before I start digging holes!

I wish I could take pictures but have no clue what happened to our camera...As soon as I find it, we will post pics!
